Crab pot with Jimmy’s Sate Sauce - 沙爹銀絲蟹煲


Ingredient (Serves 6) Crab (about 300 g ) [ cut into pieces ], Vermicelli (cut) 50g, Ginger 3 slices, Onion 10g, Garlic 5g, 1 tablespoon chopped shallots, Shaoxing rice wine 1 tablespoon, Cornstarch, 3g, #myjimmysate 2 tablespoons, Peppers [ cut ring ] 10g, Parsley 2g, Seasoning sauce 1 tablespoon oyster sauce , soy sauce 1 tablespoon, sugar ½ teaspoon, water 250 ml Method: 1. Soften the vermicelli with water and drain it. 2. Put cornstarch onto the crab and with fried until golden. 3. Use 1 tablespoon oil saute ginger , onion , garlic, shallots and #myjimmysate. 4. Add crab and wine , stir seasoning sauce when boil . 4. Add the vermicelli and decorate with some red pepper and parsley. 材料 肉蟹 (約 300 克) [切件] 1 隻, 粉絲 [切段] 50 克, 薑 3 片蔥 [切段] 3 條, 蒜頭 [略拍扁] 2 粒, 乾葱碎 1 湯, 紹興酒 1 湯匙, 粟粉 [上粉用] 適量 , #正味沙爹醬 2 湯匙, 紅椒 [切成圈] 適量, 芫茜 適量, 芡汁:蠔油 1 湯匙,生抽 1 湯匙, 糖 ½ 茶匙, 水 250 毫升 做法 1. 粉絲用水浸軟,瀝乾。 2. 將蟹撲上少許粟粉,用油煎/炸至金黃熟透,取起備用。 3. 用 1 湯匙油爆香薑、蔥、蒜頭、乾葱及#正味沙爹醬 ,加入蟹及灒酒,拌入芡汁煮沸。 4. 加入粉絲煮至汁濃,轉入燒熱的瓦煲內,以紅椒圈及芫茜裝飾。 Read more at http://websta.me/n/myjimmysate#QZ8LOYveepqGxi1l.99
