Pork Loin with Satay Sauce - 沙爹豬扒
Delicious pork chop for a leisure dinner! 讓豬扒別有一番風味! Ingredients (Serves 3): Pork Loin 300g, Cabbage Shred 150g, Carrot Shred 55g, Ginger 2 slices, Minced Garlic 1 tsp Seasoning for Vegetable: Salt 1/4 tsp, Sugar 1/8 tsp, Water 2 tbsps Seasoning for Pork Loin: #myjimmysate 3 tbsps, Water 5 tbsps
Method: 1. Beat lightly and marinate the pork loin (Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp, Sugar 1/8 tsp, Corn Starch 2 tsps, Water 1 1/2 tsps) 2. Heat the pan with oil, add in ginger and garlic. Stir in carrot and cabbage, then add in seasoning and cook for 2 minutes, drain and set aside. 3. Pan fry the pork loin and add in seasoning.

無骨豬扒 3件約 300克(10.5 安士)、椰菜粗絲 150克 (5.5 安士)、甘筍絲55克 (2 安士)、蒜蓉 1荼匙、薑 2片 炒菜調味料 : 鹽 1/4茶匙、糖 1/8茶匙、水 2湯匙 調味料 : #正味沙嗲醬 3 湯匙、水 5湯匙
做法: 1. 無骨豬扒用刀背剁鬆,加入醃料拌勻(生抽 1/2茶匙、糖 1/8茶匙、粟粉 2茶匙、水 1 1/2茶匙)。 2. 燒熱油,先爆香薑片及蒜蓉,先放入甘筍及椰菜,再加入炒菜調味料,炒2分鐘,隔水,盛於碟上。 3. 豬扒以中火煎至熟透,加入調味料。
