Satay Beef - 沙爹牛肉
Ingredients (Serves 3) Beef 300 g [sliced], Onion(s) 90 g [cut into pieces], Bell pepper (s) 50 g [green, cut into pieces], #myjimmysate 60 g
Method 1. Saute onion and green bell pepper in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant. 2. Add beef fillet and stir-fry until done. Stir in #myjimmysate for Satay Beef and heat through. 3. Also good for: pork fillet, chicken meat and lamb fillet. 材料(三人份量) 牛肉 300 克 [切片], 洋蔥 90 克 [切塊], 甜椒 50 克 [青, 切塊], #正味沙爹醬 60 克 做法: 用1湯匙油爆香洋蔥及甜青椒。加入牛柳炒熟,下#正味沙爹醬 炒勻至熱透。 亦適合:豬柳、雞肉及羊柳。
