Satay beef soup noodles - 沙爹牛肉湯伊麵
Ingredients (Serves 3) Noodles 150 g, beef 250 g [12 sheets], 100 g of cabbage, 1 1/4 liter of hot water, #myjimmysate 3 tbs, Salt to taste
Method Boil the sate soup with water, #myjimmysate and salt. Add beef and cabbage and cook for about 3 minutes until cooked and set aside to warm; Put the noodles into the soup and cook until soften. Serve with noodles bowl, and put the beef and vegetables on the top.
材料 (3人份量) 伊麵 150 克 [1 個],牛柳 250 克 [12 薄片], 白菜100 克, 熱水 1 1/4 升,#正味沙爹醬 3湯匙,鹽適量
做法 1. 將水及沙爹上湯煮沸,下牛柳及白菜煮約3分鐘至熟,取出保暖。 2. 伊麵放入上湯中煮至軟身,將湯伊麵放在3個碗內,將牛柳及蔬菜排放在伊麵上。
