Satay prawn skewers - 沙爹大蝦串燒


Ingredients (Serves 4 )

Prawn 300g , bell pepper 1 pc , canned pineapple 3 slices

Marinade: black pepper sauce 2tbs , cooking wine 1 tbs, ‪#‎myjimmysate‬ 3tbs, salt 1/2 tsp

Method 1. Marinate prawn for 30 minutes. 2. Skew the prawn with bamboo stick. Grilled at 190 degrees Celsius [ 375F ] Preheat oven for 10 minutes, upside down the skewers. Sweep the remaining marinade on the surface and then grill for another 5 minutes or until cooked .

材料 (四人份量) 中蝦 300 克 [肉, 除腸及抹乾], 甜椒 1 個 [青色, 切塊], 罐裝菠蘿 3 片 [切塊]

醃料 黑椒汁 2 湯匙, 廚酒 1 湯匙, ‪#‎正味沙爹醬‬ 3 湯匙, 鹽 1/2 茶匙

做法: 1. 蝦用醃料醃30分鐘。 2. 將材料用竹籤相間串好,可燒烤或放入攝氏190度[華氏375度]預熱焗爐焗10分鐘,反轉,掃上餘下之汁液,再燒烤或焗5分鐘或至熟。
