Nobody can resist the tasty and crispy seared chicken wings. The sweet onion and spicy satay sauce just simply make this dish irresistible! 沒有誰能抗拒雞翼的魅力,再加上香辣的沙嗲、爽甜的洋蔥,煎得香嫩的雞翼就是你的最愛!

Ingredients 8-10 Chicken wings, 1 Onion, 1 bunch Green onion, 1 Red chili pepper, 80mL Chicken broth, 2 tbsp #myjimmysate, 1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine, 1 tsp Sugar 1 tsp sesame oil, White pepper to taste

Chicken Wings Marinade: 1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine, 1 tbsp Light soy sauce, 1 tbsp Corn starch

Method: 1. Slice the onion and red chili pepper. 2. Cut the green onion into section. 3. In a bowl, marinate the chicken wings with Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce and corn starch for 30 minutes. 4. In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Sear the chicken wings until golden brown on both sides. 5. Add the onion and sauté until translucent. 6. Add the satay sauce, Chinese cooking wine, chicken broth and sugar. 7. Cook until the sauce has thickened and the chicken wing is fully cooked. 8. Drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with green onion and red chili pepper. Toss well and ready to serve.

雞翼 8-10隻, 洋蔥 1個, 蔥 1束, 紅尖椒 1隻, 雞湯 80毫升, #正味沙嗲醬 2湯匙, 紹興酒 1湯匙, 砂糖 1茶匙, 麻油 1茶匙, 胡椒粉 適量

雞翼醃料:

紹興酒 1湯匙, 生抽 1湯匙, 粟粉 1湯匙

做法:

1. 將洋蔥切絲;紅尖椒切片。

2. 將蔥切段。

3. 準備一個碗,將雞翼用紹興酒、生抽及粟粉醃30分鐘。

4. 用中火燒熱鍋,加少許油,將雞翼煎至兩面金黃。

5. 加入洋蔥炒至半透明。

6. 加入沙嗲醬、紹興酒、雞湯及砂糖。

7. 煮至醬汁濃稠及雞翼熟透。

8. 灑上麻油、蔥段及紅尖椒,拌勻即成。
