Thai Hot and Sour Soup With Prawn and Lemon Grass 泰式酸辣湯
Ingredients: 200g king prawns (keep 6 prawns with shell as garnish, the rest peel and deveined) 100g chestnut mushroom (quartered) 2 tbsp Jimmy’s Saté Sauce (#myjimmysate) 2 stalks of lemon grass cut into 4cm lengths 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped) 400ml water & 1 tbsp chicken powder to make soup stock Half a lemon Garnish: 1 red and 1 green birdeye chilli 1 spring onion and few coriander keep aside for garnish Method: 1.Boil all the ingredients for 5 minutes except prawns and lemon. 2. Once the stock ready, add prawns, squeeze half a lemon juice, add more 3. according to taste, when the prawns are cooked then remove the 6 prawns with shell on and keep aside for garnish. 3.
