Saté beef with leek - 大蔥炒牛肉
Ingredients (Serving 2-4 persons): 500g beef steak, 50g leek, 2 small red chili, 10g ginger, 10g garlic, 1 tbs corn starch, 1 tbs#myjimmysate, 1 tbs soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar Method: (Difficulty: Easy; Cooking time: half an hour) 1. Cut beef into thin slices 2. Cut garlic, chili, leek and ginger into thin section 3. Marinade beef with #myjimmysate, corn starch, sugar and soy for about 15 minutes 4. In a hot pan, sauté ginger and garlic and add in beef 5.
