SATAY FRIED RICE - 沙嗲炒饭
A quick and easy dish. A dish that combines 2 of the most popular oriental dishes, fried rice and chicken satay Ingredients (Serving 1-2 persons) 150g cooked Long Grain Rice, 2 tbsp Jimmy’s Satay Sauce, 1.5 tbsp Amoy Oyster Sauce, Cooked, Satay chicken meat (diced), 1/4 onion (diced), 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1 red chilli (diced), 1 carrot (diced), 1 red/green pepper (chopped), 2 tbsp vegetable oil Methods (Preparation and cooking time: 15 mins): 1. Heat the oil in a wok and add the onion, red chilli and garlic. Stir for 30 seconds. 2. Add Jimmy’s Satay Sauce and cook for a couple of minutes or until the aroma from the satay sauce is released. 3. Add the rice, chicken, vegetables and Amoy Oyster Sauce and fry until heated through and the ingredients combined. TIPS 1.
