Indian Tandoori Chicken Sate (satay) Kebabs - 印度雞肉串

Ingredients (Serving 2 persons): 250g boneless and skinless chicken breast chopped into 2 cm cubes, 1.5 tbs #myjimmysate, 0.5 tsp ginger paste, 0.5 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp tomato puree, 1 tsp single cream, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 2.5 tsp paprika or deghi mirch, 0.5 tbs sunflower oil, 4 wooden skewers Method (Preparation and cooking time: under 20 minutes): 1. In a bowl, mix together the Jimmy’s Sate Sauce, ginger, garlic, tomato, puree, cream, garam masala, paprika, paprika, oil and salt. 2. Add the chicken and mix well, coating all the pieces. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. 3. Soak 4 wooden skewers in cold water for 15 minutes. Thread the chicken on to the skewers, then under a hot grill or on a glowing barbecue, grill the chicken for 15 minutes on each side, until cooked through and golden brown. 4. Serve with a garden salad or rice.
